Chad is an American Citizen, however, has resided in Costa Rica for the last twelve years with a Permanent Residency Status. Chad is originally from Ohio, and is an Alumni of the University of Colorado, Boulder. He graduated from the School of Business with majors in Entrepreneurship and Marketing.

Grettel Solorzano

Grettel Solorzao was born in San Jose, Costa Rica where she spent most of her life working and studying in the Central Valley of San Jose and Heredia. She later moved to the Caribbean side of Costa Rica, “Limon,†and currently lives in Guanacaste on the Pacific Coast. Grettel has taken several seminars in real estate from “Camara Costarricense de corredores de bienes y raices,†CCCBR, and “Costa Rica Global Association of Real Estate,†CRGAR. She attended the University of Costa Rica where she took classes and seminars in art, cultures, and society. She has actively worked in real estate since 2004, and has sold several properties in Guanacaste. She has her client’s best interests in mind, as well as the well being of her country. She is forthright and knowledgeable about Costa Rican real estate law and the local real estate market.

Vianney Corrales, Listing Manager of 1st Choice Realty, has over a year experience. He was born in Costa Rica and grew up in Santa Cruz, Guanacaste. He was an eyewitness to the benefits of cost growth. Vianney saw the improvements in infrastructure, which led to an increase in tourism and created more opportunities for locals. He completed his primary and secondary school in Santa Cruz (in a private institutions), then studied “Informatics Science†at la Universidad Nacional (UNA) in Heredia. He has experience in store & rental car management and worked in a call center for one of the largest food production companies in Costa Rica, DEMASA. His goals are to maintain the upmost quality of the sites and to help clients fulfill their dreams in Costa Rica.

Lothar Steinbuch

Lothar Steinbuch, Sales Director of 1st Coice Realty & Investment Group, has been active in real estate since 1987. He was born in Germany and spent many years successfully building his own corporation in Berlin. Later, he moved to Spain where he was successful in selling and constructing homes. Since joining 1st Choice Realty he has played an active role in property development, construction and training of real estate agents. Lothar has been a resident of Costa Rica since 2003 and continues his success. To date, he has built several properties including the commercial center in Tamarindo, "Sol-Center," and more than five other homes. Lothar has worked alongside Chad Fisher with 1st Choice Realty since 2004.

Derrick Poelsma

Derrick Poelsma was born in Bradenton, Florida in August of 1981. He traveled to Costa Rica for the first time in 1991 on a student exchange program. He attended college in Sarasota, Florida where he studied architectural drafting & graphic design. After college, Derrick moved to Costa Rica and became a full time resident. Since then, he has owned & operated two successful real estate and tourism magazines that covered the north, central and south pacific coastline. Simultaneously, he owned and operated a complete multimedia production studio in San Isidro de Perez Zeledon. His company held, marketed and advertised contracts for companies such as Toyota, Taihatsu, Polaris and Nautica. In 2005, Derrick worked as foreman and project manager for Tropical Property Developments where he developed residential properties. Now he works alongside Chad Fisher making Paradise a reality for people from around the world.
