My family and I would like to thank you, your company and Vianney Corrales for arranging the wonderful vacation we had last week. The house location you recommended and all the services that came with the house exceeded our expectations.
We especially appreciate all of the help Vianney provided. Since we were bringing my children, including my 3 and 1 year old grandchildren, we were being extra cautious to know what was provided with the house (water quality, ice, towels, baby crib etc). Vianney answered all these questions for us prior to our arrival. Vianney helped with rental car arrangements, driving directions, grocery shopping, and scheduling of private chef prior to our arrival. He even arranged the retrieval of a piece of luggage we left behind at the airport. Vianney also arranged and scheduled various tours and excursions during our stay. All of this was a great service.
Thanks again for the wonderful trip. I would be glad to recommend 1st Choice Realty to anyone….and I will.

This was my second visit to Playa Grande. Although I liked the beach house where we stayed the first time, Casa Velas was much better. The beach access was very close and seemed like our own private beach since there were very few people out each day. There were boards and bikes for our use at the house. The most beautiful sunsets and scenery in the world. The private pool was a winner. The caretakers were wonderful and helpful in spite of the fact that they knew very little English, and we knew very little Costa Rican Spanish. 1ST Choice will always be my first choice for help in vacation planning to Playa Grande. |

Hola Vianney, We are all back in Ohio, Texas--tanned and relaxed!!! What a beautiful time we had!!! First, the house was wonderful!! Did fit all of our needs: we so hated to leave the children cried. We went see sea fishing--caught a bunch!!! We went on a sunset cruise which was probably our favorite thing and visited the Estuary. The car was great and we know our way around. thanks for everything.!!! the kids loved using their Spanish and did a good job with it. Barbara |
